Paper Roll Clamps for 1-7 Tons Forklifts

Paper roll clamps are specialized forklift attachments designed for the handling of paper rolls, packaging materials, and other cylindrical loads in the printing, packaging, and specialty paper industries. Our range covers forklifts with rated capacities from 1 to 7 tons, accommodating a wide variety of applications including printing paper, wrapping paper, soft paper, gypsum board paper, and plastic paper.
The models which are under the same load capacity and load center conditions offer the same maximum opening range.The key difference lies in the minimum opening capability.
  • Fixed‑frame / Fixed‑arm type
 – Suitable for paper rolls whose diameters are close to the clamp’s maximum opening. This configuration provides a straightforward, robust solution for consistent roll sizes.
  • Fixed‑frame / Adjustable‑arm type
 – Designed for smaller‑diameter rolls. The adjustable arms reduce the minimum opening to as low as 200 mm, allowing the same clamp to handle a broader range of roll sizes without compromising capacity. This offers greater flexibility for operations dealing with varying roll diameters.
Both configurations are available with 360° continuous rotation for precise positioning in tight spaces.
