MAIYUN Launches New 1.5 Ton AC Lithium-ion Electric Forklift

MAIYUN has officially released its new 1.5 Ton AC lithium-ion electric forklift. Adopting mature lithium battery technology and compact structural design, this forklift delivers stable performance, high safety and low operating cost, providing ideal green handling equipment for modern logistics and industrial production.

Core Basic Configuration

This forklift is equipped with complete industrial standard accessories: 2-stage 3M mast, 1.07M fork, pneumatic tyres and China-made professional controller. It adopts a 51.2V/270AH Chinese lithium battery, matched with 8kW driving motor and 7.5kW pump motor, and comes with a standard 51.2V 100A dedicated charger. The whole machine is equipped with a safety seat with belt & steady bar and operation warning light to meet standard industrial operation requirements.

Wide Application Scenarios

With flexible operation and compact size, the forklift is suitable for narrow aisle warehouses, factory workshop transportation, e-commerce logistics, light manufacturing, electronics, food and pharmaceutical industries. It fully meets daily cargo stacking, loading and transfer demands for small and medium-duty handling work.

The dual AC motor system provides stable and responsive power output, ensuring smooth full-load driving and lifting. The high-capacity lithium battery supports long-hour continuous operation, while the dedicated fast charger shortens charging time, effectively improving overall working efficiency.

This lithium-ion forklift operates with zero emissions and ultra-low noise, fully complying with modern clean and green production standards. It features long battery service life and minimal wear parts, requiring less routine maintenance than traditional lead-acid and fuel forklifts.
